This practice is heart-led and layered for a rich experience. We journey through guided meditation to quell the mind, deep stretches and longer pose holds that provide time to lengthen tight fascia and tissue, aromatherapy for a blissful sensory experience - set to the backdrop of calming tones, soft lighting, and cosy throws. All levels welcome, and modifications are offered to encourage safe practice.
