Who is this for? 

Are you a nurturer? An empath? The person who gives everything you have to those around you, leaving very little to yourself? My beautiful friend, you’ve come to the right place. 

This bespoke session is devoted to the nurturer. You give so much of yourself to everyone else, but rarely have the space to receive. Longing to pause? Your time is your own to spaciously connect, reflect & rest.

What does the session include? 

We journey through self awareness practices, optional journal reflection or supported conversation (within my scope), guided meditation, a bite-sized relaxation breath tool, and finish with a soothing sound bath for the ultimate reset.

The intention:

Perfect for a busy mind who is looking to feel grounded, connected, and uplifted. 

This is a guilt-free permission slip to disconnect from the noise. Compassionately arrive in a state of presence and recharge, so you feel more connected to who you are - and how you show up for yourself, your loved ones, and your community. 

Beyond our session:

As we conclude our session together, I encourage you to move slowly. I’ll make you a drink to enjoy (you get to choose what that will be on your client form when you book online). You’re welcome to get cosy, journal some notes about anything that came up for you during our session, or (if it resonates) pull a card from one of my card decks.

If you like tangible tools, I can send you an email within 24 hours of our session to provide you with mindfulness based suggestions of things that may help to weave pockets of peace into your everyday world including yoga poses, breath-work techniques, journal prompts, and mindfulness practices to support you in between sessions.

As a Mama, I too feel guilty taking time out for me. When I default into that headspace, I like to remind myself how impactful it will be for my family, my friends, my yoga students, my business (and beyond) if I show up from a place of feeling nourished, content, calm, compassionate, and anchored within myself. I know I am a much more balanced human when I reclaim time for myself, however that looks day-to-day. You are so, so important. You matter too.
