6pm - 7pm - Ground: Gentle Slow Flow 

Tuesday  @ The Supported Village Space (Flow Stoneville)

6pm - 7pm - Nurture: Yin, Mindfulness + Oils 

Wednesday 

9.30am - Vinyasa @ Vital Beat Yoga & Pilates

10.45am - Mums & Bubs (recurring 5 week series) @ Vital Beat Yoga & Pilates

6.45pm - Slow Flow @ Stones Throw Yoga

Thursday @ The Supported Village Space (Flow Stoneville)

5.30pm - 6.30pm - Energise: Vinyasa Flow 

6.45pm - 7.30pm - Rest: Meditation + Sound 

Friday @ Perth Hills Pilates Kalamunda and Mahogany Creek (once a month)

Once a month, I run a special Restorative Resonance class woven with restorative mindfulness practices. 

6.30pm - Perth Hills Pilates 

Saturday @ Stones Throw Yoga 

8.15am - Vinyasa 

9.30am - Slow Flow
