Hello dear friend! There’s no mistaking your arrival here. Welcome to a place you can call home. I am so glad you're here. 

My name is Lauren, and I live in the Perth Hills with my Husband, 4 year old, and collection of fur babies. 

Since I was 12 my health has been impacted by chronic illness and disease (resulting in 12 surgeries), complex gynaecological challenges, infertility, challenging IVF pregnancies, and a stillbirth. I felt like a prisoner in my own body and, at times, feel powerless to effect change.

Yoga continues to invite me to feel safe in my body, while asking nothing of me. It's a welcome relief in a demanding world. A gentle modality that invites me to meet myself as I arrive, and land however I need to receive. 

The Supported Village includes:

  • A heart-centred community of people from all seasons of life who are craving a sense of ease, and a space to gather
  • Yoga, breath focus, sound baths, mindfulness, meditation practices and more - to cultivate harmony with the body and mind
  • 1:1 Nourish the Nurturer Sessions if you are craving devoted space to receive 
  • Decadent Deep Rest Evenings: A no flow evening where we lean into gentle practices to nurture awareness, self reflection, and self compassion
  • Devoted workshops, immersions, and retreats, facilitated in a supportive and trauma aware environment

My Qualifications:

I am a qualified and insured Yoga, Breath, Meditation and Sound Practitioner, and have completed training in:

  • Alignment Based Vinyasa Yoga
  • Level 1 Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Yin and Mindfulness
  • Level 2 Advanced Yin Yoga Training 
  • Prenatal Yoga 
  • Postnatal Yoga 
  • Yoga to Support IVF and A.R.T with Fertility Yoga
  • Advanced Trauma Informed Yoga for Mental Health and Body Image (including Anxiety, Depression and Body Image)
  • Restorative 1 Yoga Teacher Training 
  • Restorative 2 Yoga Teacher Training
  • Level 2 Sound Practitioner
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (updated regularly)

Amongst many other trainings, workshops and short courses, with the intention of keeping you safe. Continuous improvement is very important to me, so I can hold informed space within my scope. 

My Intention

My intention is to help soften the journey of life through practices that anchor you and create safe rhythms within. These practices are delivered via a compassionate, non-judgemental lens that is deeply supportive, weaving the union of the mind, body and heart. 

I love bringing community together in organic, playful and purposeful ways, and gathering with like-minded people who need a space to simply land as we remember who we are, and ignite our inner power.
