I am so excited to announce that The Supported Village has found a home at Flow Stoneville. This is a dreamy little space for us to gather, connect, move, and breathe in the tranquil Perth Hills.

This soulful slow flow is lovingly crafted with gentle somatic movement, mindfulness practices, and heartfelt intention. You can expect soft and graceful flows that allow you to move in a way that is equally as nurturing, as it is empowering. This class is suitable for all levels.
